Firstly: the installation. When my home sewage treatment plant was installed, it was positioned 150mm too low in the ground, which has caused me a number of landscaping and drainage issues. But, as the owner of quality tanks stated, it’s all hooked up to plumbing now, so there’s nothing that can be done. Secondly: the service. For some reason, this company can’t book in service calls more than one day in advance. I have a locked front gate and dogs, so if I don’t happen to be home with one day’s notice, I can’t get my quarterly service done. It’s now happened several times where they try twice and then give up; so I get charged for a quarterly service when it is not conducted. How can a service company operate when they can only schedule technicians one day in advance? Thirdly: the customer support. Twice now, the head office has sent out contract renewal notices where they put all 200-or-so recipients in the “To” field of the email - so all there customers now have all the other customers’ email addresses. Both times, I contacted Quality Tanks’ office to make sure it didn’t happen again and both times it was arrogantly shrugged off as “not my fault.” Do yourself a favour and deal with a company that has it’s act together.

never had a issue with quality tanks, the staff in the office and on site are very helpful and go out of there way to help ware they can. servicing side of company does a top job i have not had one problem with our waste water treatment system it runs at 100 % all the time, i would recommend this company 100 % to any one.

quality tanks Disgraceful Workmanship.... Beware! Somehow it became my responsibility to trench and backfil the irrigation. The workers told me to ensure the trench was minimum 300mm deep. They then proceeded to run pipework over the top of my garden edging to get to the tank. I spoke to the owner early stages (before there were any problems) and he was the most arrogant, rude and vile contractor I have ever dealt with. My building contractor has ceased any further work with this company.

Great service always provided by the Krystel Kleer team. Had one issue that was fixed within hours by the boss of the company himself and it was on New Year’s Day. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a rainwater tank or wastewater treatment system.
